Common use of Commencement Notice Clause in Contracts

Commencement Notice. Landlord may deliver to Tenant a Commencement Notice in a form substantially similar to that attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and made a part hereof at any time after the Suite 360 Expansion Commencement Date. The Commencement Notice shall be conclusive and binding on Tenant as to all matters set forth therein unless within ten (10) days following delivery of such Commencement Notice. Tenant contests any of the matters contained therein by notifying Landlord in writing of Tenant’s objections.
