The commencement of any Legal Proceeding alleging a violation of or liability under any Environmental Law, other than those the consequences of which in the aggregate would have no reasonable likelihood of subjecting the Loan Parties collectively to Environmental Liabilities and Costs that have a Material Adverse Effect;
