Common use of Commencement of Construction Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Construction. From the Effective Date of this Agreement forward, Developer shall not commence any construction on the Project receiving funding under this Agreement, until the plans and specifications have been approved by the appropriate City department and the requirements of all applicable federal, state, and local laws have been met.
