COMMENCEMENT OF LICENCE AND TERM. This Licence will commence on the date (and where a time is specified or referred to at that time) specified or referred to in Column 2 of Item 16, of Schedule 1 and subject to clauses 10 and 11 will continue in force until the Expiry Date (and where a time is specified or referred to at that time) specified or referred to in Column 2 of Item 17, of Schedule 1. 8.1 In respect of this Licence, and without limitation, the grant of this Licence does not confer upon the Licensee: (a) a right to purchase or lease any part of the Premises; or (b) any tenancy or other estate or interest in any part of the Premises other than contractual rights as Licensee under this Licence. 8.2 Subject to any other provisions of this Licence the Licensee must not during the Term of this Licence, sub-licence, part with possession of the Premises, transfer or create any interest in the Licence or authorise or permit any person to occupy the Premises without the prior written consent of the Licensor.
