Commercial Events Clause Samples

The 'Commercial Events' clause defines the types of business-related occurrences or activities that are relevant to the agreement. It typically outlines what constitutes a commercial event, such as product launches, promotional campaigns, or trade shows, and may specify the obligations or rights of the parties in relation to these events. By clearly identifying which events are covered, this clause ensures both parties understand their responsibilities and expectations, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding commercial activities under the contract.

Commercial Events. As part of the technology watch exercise we attended IBC 20132 and conducted a series of interviews with commercial vendors to gain a perspective on the current commercial and research trends in the digital preservation arena, barriers preventing adoption of new research outputs and opportunities for take-up.
