Common use of Commercial General Liability and Other Insurance Clause in Contracts

Commercial General Liability and Other Insurance. Contractor shall, at Contractor's expense, at all times maintain a policy or policies of comprehensive general liability insurance on the Building, such insurance to afford minimum protection of not less than a limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence, Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate in respect to personal injury and/or death to one or more persons and for property damage. Such insurance shall name TCSD as an additional insured. Contractor warrants that it shall have and maintain in full force and effect at all times a policy or policies of insurance in the types and amounts as more specifically referenced herein.
