Common use of Commercial General Liability Clause in Contracts

Commercial General Liability. The policy must be at least as broad as the Insurance Services Office (ISO) Commercial General Liability “occurrence” form, with coverage for liabilities arising out of premises, operations, independent contractors, products and completed operations, personal and advertising injury, and liability assumed under an insured contract.
