Commercial Plan Pharmacy Incentive Program. PacifiCare shall establish and administer an annual Pharmacy Incentive Program for the PacifiCare Commercial Plan (the “PIP”). The PIP is designed to provide an incentive for the efficient and effective use of Outpatient Pharmacy Supplemental Benefits for Commercial Plan Members. The PIP shall be calculated as follows:
