Commercial Requirements for API Compound. Subject to the terms ---------------------------------------- and conditions of this Agreement, Adolor shall be responsible to supply, or to obtain supply, of API Compound to enable the Parties to fulfill their obligations to Commercialize Collaboration Products under this Agreement. Such API Compound shall be supplied in accordance with the principles set out in the Standard Terms and relevant other terms relating to specifications and quantities required. A forecast for API Compound requirements for Commercialization of the Collaboration Products shall be prepared and periodically updated by the Joint Supply Committee and coordinated with the applicable U.S. Marketing Plans for Collaboration Products through the Joint Marketing Committee and through the Joint Steering Committee for Commercialization in the ROW.
