Commercial Vehicles. For the parking of commercial vehicles involved in active construction projects, commercial vehicles shall be parked such that any interference with site distances or navigation of the roadways of the Corporation, or ingress/egress to private driveways within the Corporation, or use of the private roads of the Corporation is minimized. In no case shall a commercial vehicle block access to trailers parked in the lower Ballpark.
Commercial Vehicles. 1. This CONTRACT may be available for certain types of COMMERCIAL VEHICLES as long as: (a) the VEHICLE is not rated over one (1) ton payload capacity and; (b) the appropriate surcharge is paid at time of CONTRACT purchase.
2. Only the following commercial applications are eligible for coverage under this contract: delivery, messenger, route sales or services, inspections/examinations, maintenance or repair, gardening, and carrying hand tools to the job site.
3. COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are required to follow all original manufacturer’s severe service scheduled maintenance and must not exceed maximum towing/load capacities. For specific information, consult YOUR owner’s manual or a dealer who sells the make of YOUR VEHICLE.
4. VEHICLES used in any commercial manner not provided in G.2. above are not eligible for COVERAGE. Commercial uses not eligible for coverage include but are not limited to; taxi, limousine, shuttle, police or other emergency use, security service or any law enforcement agency, snow plowing, towing.
5. Any VEHICLE used as a rental or loaner is not eligible for coverage.
6. VEHICLES rated over one-ton payload capacity and fleet VEHICLES are not eligible for COVERAGE.
Commercial Vehicles. As of the Cutoff Date the aggregate Principal Balance of Commercial Vehicle Receivables is not greater than % of the Cutoff Date Pool Balance and the aggregate Principal Balance of Commercial Vehicle Receivables with the same Obligor is not greater than % of the aggregate Principal Balance as of the Cutoff Date of Commercial Vehicle Receivables.

3. The VEHICLE must be owned and operated by the person listed as the CONTRACT Purchaser. VEHICLES that are subject to regular use by different drivers are ineligible for any CONTRACT coverage.

Commercial Vehicles. In the event of damage, the Customer shall participate in the financial damages suffered by the Lessor for the maximum amount indicated in the Special Rental Conditions and on the rental agreement as the “Damage Deductible”, except as established by Art. 11 below. In the event of total or partial theft or damage due to attempted theft, the Customer shall participate in the financial damage suffered by the Lessor for the maximum amount indicated in the Special Rental Conditions and on the rental agreement as “Theft Deductible”, without prejudice to the provisions of Art. 11 below. The Customer has the right to further limit or eliminate their participation in the financial damage suffered by the Lessor in the following ways:
a) by purchasing the “SecurVan” service, the Customer reduces participation in the damage suffered by the Lessor to the amount indicated as the “Non-waivable damage deductible (with SecurVan)” in the Special Rental Conditions and on the rental agreement; the Customer also eliminates participation in the financial damage suffered by the Lessor limited to the load compartment;

In case of accident, the Renter participates to the economic damage suffered by the Lessor for a maximum amount indicated in the Special Rental Conditions and on the rental agreement as “Damage excess”, “Theft excess”, except as provided by the following art. 11. The Renter has the right to further limit or eliminate his participation in the economic damage suffered by the Lessor in the following ways:
a) when purchasing “SecurVan” service, the Renter reduces the participation in the damage suffered by the Lessor to the amount indicated as “Not waiwable damage excess (with SecurVan)" in the Special Rental Conditions and on the rental contract; the Renter also eliminates participation in the damage suffered by the Lessor for total or partial theft, or damage from attempted theft;
b) when purchasing the “SecurLoad” service, the Renter eliminates his participation in the economic damage suffered by the Lessor limited to the load compartment;
c) when purchasing the “SuperSecurVan” service, the Renter eliminates his participation in the economic damage suffered by the Lessor. Notwithstanding the provisions of points a) and c), in the event of total or partial theft or damage from attempted theft in the regions of Campania, Puglia and in the Municipality of Catania, regardless of the rental start station, the Renter participates to the economic damage suffered by the Lessor for the amount indicated as “Theft excess” in the Special Rental Conditions and on the rental agreement.

A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE shall also mean any type of vehicle, which includes without limitation, a truck, van or trailer that has one or more of the following traits:
2.5.1. Larger than one (1) ton carry weight;
2.5.2. Bares a prominent business name or advertisement. If the graphic medium is removable, such as a magnetically attached sign, this element does not apply when all such signage is removed and stored out of view;
2.5.3. Normally employed or designed for commercial business use, whether or not a business name or advertisement is displayed.
2.5.4. Racks, materials, ladders, tool boxes and/or tools are visible on the exterior of the vehicle;
2.5.5. Used to haul any hazardous materials;
2.5.6. Designed to carry more than 15 (fifteen) passengers.
