Insurance Limits. In accordance with the Article entitled Insurance of the Subcontract, Subcontractor shall provide and maintain coverage with limits of liability not less than the following:

Insurance Limits. Landlord makes no representation that the limits of liability specified to be carried by Tenant under the terms of this Lease are adequate to protect Tenant against Tenant's undertakings under this Lease. In the event Tenant believes that any such insurance coverage called for under this Lease is insufficient, Tenant shall provide, at its own expense, such additional insurance as Tenant deems adequate.
