Commercial Ventures. It is agreed that Employer will not undertake commercial ventures which normally employ jobbing musicians. This provision will not be used by Union or Musicians to restrict the Orchestra's participating in events sponsored by the Association as either sole sponsor or co-sponsor, for which the Association bears full or partial financial responsibility.
