Commercialization Cooperation Sample Clauses

Commercialization Cooperation. Eyenovia shall support Arctic Vision’s Commercialization of the Products in the Field in the Territory as reasonably requested by Arctic Vision and at Arctic Vision’s expense, by providing Arctic Vision with copies of promotional and other materials used by Eyenovia and its Affiliates to Commercialize the Products outside of the Territory and by providing Arctic Vision with access and introductions to key opinion leaders with respect to Products outside of the Territory.
