Common use of Commercialization Diligence Clause in Contracts

Commercialization Diligence. Licensee will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Commercialize at least one (1) Product in the Licensed Territory following Licensee’s or its designated Affiliate’s or Sublicensee’s receipt of Regulatory Approval for such Product in the Licensed Territory.

Commercialization Diligence. Licensee will shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Commercialize at least one (1) Product in the Licensed Territory following Licensee’s or its designated Affiliate’s or Sublicensee’s receipt of Regulatory Products in each country in which it has obtained Market Approval for such Product in the Licensed TerritoryProduct.
