Commercialization Functions. Following submission of filings for Regulatory Approvals for the first Collaboration Product, the Program Management Team shall function as the operational staff of ATIII LLC and the functions of the Program Management Team shall be expanded to include: (a) monitoring the commercialization of Collaboration Products pursuant to the Commercialization Plan, including oversight of planning, annual budgeting, manufacturing, marketing, sales and distribution, and licensing of Collaboration Products; (b) monitoring actual expenses incurred in the manufacture, marketing, sale and distribution of Collaboration Products; and (c) facilitating cooperation regarding the commercialization and marketing activities of the Parties.
