Common use of Commercialization in the SGI Territory Clause in Contracts

Commercialization in the SGI Territory. As between the Parties, SGI shall have sole responsibility for Commercializing all Licensed Products in the SGI Territory, as provided in this Article 6, and SGI shall bear all of the costs and expenses incurred in connection with all such Commercialization activities, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Parties.
