Commercialization Plan. The strategy for the Commercialization of each Product shall be described in a comprehensive plan that describes the pre-launch, launch and subsequent Commercialization activities for such Product in the Territory (the “Commercialization Plan”). Licensee shall submit (a) the initial Commercialization Plan to the JSC no later than [***] prior to the anticipated approval of the NDA in the Territory for each Product and (b) a final Commercialization Plan to the JSC no later than [***] prior to the anticipated approval of the NDA in the Territory for each Product. Licensee shall provide a report regarding activities related to the implementation of the Commercialization Plan at each meeting of the JSC and provide at least [***] an updated Commercialization Plan for each Product.
