Common use of Commercially Reasonable Efforts; Time of Essence Clause in Contracts

Commercially Reasonable Efforts; Time of Essence. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, Buyer and Seller shall each use commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy the conditions to Closing and otherwise consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as promptly as practical. Time is of the essence with respect to the Closing of this Agreement
