Commercials Qualifying as Both Type A and Type B Dealer Commercials. A single commercial may qualify as both a TYPE A Dealer Commercial and a TYPE B Dealer Commercial if used in the manner described in both subsection A and subsection B hereof. In such case payment shall be made for both TYPE A Dealer use and TYPE B Dealer use.
