Commission Approval Required. This Agreement is subject to the approval of the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) and will not be deemed effective until and unless approved by the Commission. PG&E will promptly file a copy of the Agreement with the Commission, seeking approval of this Agreement. Applicant shall cooperate fully in support of PG&E’s filing and support Commission approval of this Agreement.
