Common use of Commission Documents Clause in Contracts

Commission Documents. The Company has filed all registration statements, proxy statements, reports and other documents required to be filed by them under the Securities Act or the Exchange Act, and all amendments thereto (collectively, the "Commission Documents") since January 1, 1998. The Company has furnished or made available to the Purchaser copies of all Commission Documents, each as filed with the Commission, since January 1, 1998. Each Commission Document when filed with the Commission was true and accurate in all material respects and in compliance in all material respects with the requirements of its respective report form.
