Common use of Commission Documents Clause in Contracts

Commission Documents. The Company has filed all registration statements, proxy statements, reports and other documents required to be filed by it under the Securities Act or the Exchange Act, and all amendments thereto. The Company has furnished or made available to the Fund copies of all Commission Documents, each as filed with the Commission. Each Commission Document, as amended, when filed with the Commission or as so amended was true and accurate in all material respects and in compliance in all material respects with the requirements of its respective report form.

Commission Documents. The Company has filed all registration statements, proxy statements, reports and other documents required to be filed by it under the Securities Act or and the Exchange Act, and all amendments thereto. The thereto (collectively, the "COMMISSION DOCUMENTS"); and the Company has furnished or made available to the Fund Purchaser correct and complete copies of all Commission Documents, each as filed with the Commission, for the past five years. Each Commission Document, as amended, when filed with the Commission or as so amended Document was true and accurate in all material respects when filed with the Commission and in compliance in all material respects with the requirements of its respective report form.
