COMMISSION ON SALE OF SHARES. 11. Subject to the provisions of the Statute, the Memorandum and these Articles (including but not limited to Article 6A), the Company may (i) pay a commission to any person in consideration of his subscribing or agreeing to subscribe whether absolutely or conditionally for any shares of the Company, which commissions may be satisfied by the payment of cash or the lodgment of fully or partly paid-up shares or partly in one way and partly in the other and (ii) pay, on any issue of shares, such brokerage fees as may be lawful.
