COMMISSION TO BE PAID TO AGENT. The Agent shall be entitled to and Owner shall pay to Agent one commission of of the selling price. Both the Owner(s) and the Agent acknowledge that the above commission rate was not suggested nor influenced by anyone other than the parties to this Agreement. Owner(s) hereby authorizes Agent to make an offer of cooperation to any other licensed real estate broker with whom the Agent wishes to cooperate.
