Commissioning and Start Sample Clauses

The 'Commissioning and Start' clause defines the procedures and responsibilities for testing, verifying, and officially beginning the operation of a project, system, or equipment. It typically outlines the steps required to ensure that all components are installed correctly, function as intended, and meet specified performance criteria before being handed over for use. For example, it may require inspections, trial runs, or certification by relevant parties. This clause ensures a clear and structured transition from construction or installation to operational status, minimizing the risk of defects and misunderstandings at the start of use.
