Commissioning Responsibilities. Purchaser shall ensure that at all times during Commissioning Work, each Turbine shall have a continuous supply of electricity from the grid, and that Purchaser’s utility will accept electricity generated by such Turbine. During Commissioning, Purchaser shall provide assistance, including equipment, electricians and mechanics, as may be reasonably required by Supplier to address any out of scope impacts on the completion of Commissioning. Purchaser shall arrange for the provision of full grid power to each Turbine to ensure completion of the Commissioning Work for each Turbine.
