Commissioning Third Parties Sample Clauses

Commissioning Third Parties. 3.1. Should the Freelancer intend to commission third parties (read: not employees of the Freelancer) to render services in order to fulfil its contractual obligations to the Customer, it must first obtain the Customer's consent in a text-based format (this includes e-mail). 3.2. Should the Customer approve of the above, the Freelancer must in turn obtain written contractual commitments that obligate the third parties in question to fulfil all the duties described in this Contract. Documentation of these obligations is to be provided to the Customer upon request. The Freelancer will only provide these third parties with access to the information they need to complete their specific respective tasks.
