Commissions/Broker's Fees. Seller hereby represents and warrants to Purchaser that it has not contacted any real estate broker, finder or any other party in connection with this transaction, and that it has not taken any action which would result in any real estate broker's, finder's or other fees being due or payable to any party with respect to the transaction contemplated hereby.
