Commissions Report. A Commissions Report will be provided to Agent with each communication payment and will reflect (i) all Retailers and Authorized Distributors procured by Agent for Principal during the term of this Agreement and (ii) reflect Net Sales received by Principal from such Retailers or Authorized Distributors for the applicable quarterly period.
