Common use of Commitment Availability Clause in Contracts

Commitment Availability. The amount available under the Commitment as from time to time in effect shall be reduced by the amount available to be drawn under all outstanding Letters of Credit and unreimbursed amounts of any draws under Letters of Credit. The amount by which the Commitment is so reduced shall not be available for advances under Paragraph 2.7 hereof, except advances thereunder which are made to reimburse Agent for draws under the Letters of Credit as permitted pursuant to Paragraph 2A.4(b) hereof.
