Common use of Commitment Extensions Clause in Contracts

Commitment Extensions. (i) The Borrower may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) not more than 60 days and not less than 45 days prior to any anniversary of the Effective Date (each such date, an “Anniversary Date”), request that each Lender extend such Xxxxxx’s Commitment Termination Date to the date falling one year after the Commitment Termination Date then in effect for such Lender hereunder (the “Existing Commitment Termination Date”). The Borrower may exercise the extension option set forth in this Section 2.04(b)(i) not more than two times.
