Commitment Increase. (a) Subject to the conditions set forth in clauses (b) and (c) of this Section 2.14, the Borrower may request that the amount of the aggregate Commitments be increased one or more times, in each case in a minimum amount of $10,000,000 (or such lesser amount as the Administrative Agent approves) and in integral multiples of $5,000,000 (or such lesser amount as the Administrative Agent approves) in excess thereof; provided that, the aggregate Commitments may not exceed $1,700,000,000. No Lender shall have any obligation to increase its Commitment.
