Commitment of the Executive. During the Term, the Executive shall devote substantially Executive's full business time, energy, and ability to the business of the Company, the Partnership, and their respective affiliates. As used in this Agreement, the term "Affiliate" means, with respect to any entity, any other entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with such first entity.
