Commitment; Outside Interests. The Executive shall devote the Executive's good faith efforts and full business time to the performance of the Executive's duties hereunder and the advancement of the business and affairs of the Company during the Employment Period. It is understood that the Executive may, consistent with the other provisions of this Agreement, pursue other outside interests, including, but not limited to, devoting time to (A) serving on corporate, civic or charitable boards or committees, (B) delivering lectures, fulfilling speaking engagements or teaching at educational institutions and (C) managing the Executive's personal investments, so long as such activities do not interfere with the performance of Executive's responsibilities as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in accordance with this Agreement.
