Commitment Reduction Repayment. Upon the giving of notice set forth in Section 2.3(a), which shall be irrevocable, each permanent reduction in the Committed Amount permitted pursuant to this Section 2.3 and any amounts due as a result thereof shall be due and payable on the date set forth therein.
