COMMITMENT TO CONSTRUCT PROJECT. In consideration of the significant public support committed to this Project by the City herein and in the BSA, the Developer agrees to exercise all reasonable diligence to construct the Project on the Development Property and complete such construction in accordance with the schedules, timelines, procedures, plans and requirements set forth herein and in the BSA.
