COMMITMENT TO LEASE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, concurrently with the issuance of the Equipment Notes and the purchase of the Aircraft by the Owner Trustee on the Closing Date, Owner Trustee shall lease the Aircraft to Lessee, and Lessee shall lease the Aircraft from Owner Trustee, under the Lease.
