Common use of COMMITMENT TO LEASE AIRCRAFT Clause in Contracts

COMMITMENT TO LEASE AIRCRAFT. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, concurrently with the issuance of the Equipment Notes on the Delivery Date, Owner Trustee shall purchase and accept delivery of the Aircraft under and pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and the Purchase Agreement Assignment, and thereupon Owner Trustee shall lease the Aircraft to Lessee, and Lessee shall lease the Aircraft from Owner Trustee, under the Lease.
