Common use of Commitment to provide Resources Clause in Contracts

Commitment to provide Resources. (i) The Supplier shall be responsible for providing at its own costs and expense, all facilities, personnel, equipment, software and all other resources necessary to perform and complete its obligations under the relevant Contract, regardless whether such resources are specified therein, save in respect of such relevant Contract for such facilities and equipment as ALPS or the Contracting Company (as the case may be) may have expressly agreed in writing that the Supplier need not provide.
