Common use of Commitment to serve Clause in Contracts

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 41.66 acre-feet per year as a permanent water supply for residential and pool use together with the corresponding sewer service, up to 22.27 acre-feet per year as a permanent water supply for common area irrigation, and up to 5.51 acre-feet per year temporarily to establish native grasses as stated in Paragraph 2.a, above.

Commitment to serve. Subject to the Developer's ’s performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 41.66 67.32 acre-feet per year as a permanent of water supply for residential and pool in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service, up to 22.27 23.12 acre-feet per year as a for permanent water supply for common area irrigation, and up to 5.51 4.59 acre-feet per year temporarily to establish native grasses for temporary irrigation, as stated in Paragraph 2.adescribed above, abovefor the Project.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer's ’s performance of all the covenants contained herein herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 41.66 120.1 acre-feet per year as a permanent of water supply for residential and pool in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service, up to 22.27 service and 66.3 acre-feet per year for irrigation as a permanent water supply for common area irrigation, and up to 5.51 acre-feet per year temporarily to establish native grasses as stated in Paragraph 2.a, described above.

Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 41.66 4.73 acre-feet per year as a permanent of potable water supply for residential and pool use together with the corresponding sewer service, up to 22.27 1.68 acre-feet per year as a permanent of non-potable water supply for common area landscape irrigation, and up to 5.51 acre-feet per year temporarily to establish native grasses as stated in Paragraph 2.a, above.

Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 41.66 1.0 acre-feet foot per year as a permanent of potable water supply for residential and pool use together with the corresponding sewer service, up to 22.27 0.806 acre-feet per year as a permanent non-potable water supply for common area landscape irrigation, and up to 5.51 acre-feet per year temporarily to establish native grasses as stated in Paragraph 2.a, above.

Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 41.66 9.28 acre-feet per year as a permanent of potable water supply for residential and pool use together with the corresponding sewer service, service and up to 22.27 1.60 acre-feet per year as a permanent of non-potable water supply for common area landscape irrigation, and up to 5.51 acre-feet per year temporarily to establish native grasses as stated in Paragraph 2.a, above.

Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 41.66 1.04 acre-feet per year as a permanent of potable water supply for residential and pool use together with the corresponding sewer service, up to 22.27 .33 acre-feet per year as a permanent non-potable water supply for common area irrigation, landscape irrigation and up to 5.51 acrea temporary non-feet per year temporarily to establish native grasses potable water supply as stated in Paragraph 2.a, aboveparagraph 2.c.

Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project Subject Property up to 41.66 16.71 acre-feet per year as a permanent of water supply for residential and pool commercial in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service, up to 22.27 1.41 acre-feet per year as a for permanent water supply for common area irrigation, and up to 5.51 11.73 acre-feet per year temporarily to establish native grasses for temporary irrigation, as stated in Paragraph 2.a, described above.
