Common use of Commitment to serve Clause in Contracts

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 9.55 acre-feet per year of water supply for in-building use, as described above.

Commitment to serve. Subject to the Developer's ’s performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required costs and fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project Property up to 9.55 156.6 acre-feet per year of water supply for residential in-building and irrigation use, as described above.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer's ’s performance of all the covenants contained herein herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 9.55 120.1 acre-feet per year of water supply for residential in-building use, use together with the corresponding sewer service and 66.3 acre-feet for irrigation as described above.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 9.55 1.0 acre-foot per year of potable water supply together with the corresponding sewer service, up to 0.806 acre-feet per year of non-potable water supply for in-building use, as described abovelandscape irrigation.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer's ’s performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 9.55 0.2 acre-feet per year of potable water supply for to satisfy the in-building usewater demands together with the corresponding sewer service, as described aboveand up to 1.95 acre-feet per year of raw water for landscape irrigation.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 9.55 9.52 acre-feet per year of water supply for in-building use, as described above.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 9.55 9.28 acre-feet per year of potable water supply together with the corresponding sewer service and up to 1.60 acre-feet per year of non-potable water supply for in-building use, as described abovelandscape irrigation.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 9.55 2.24 acre-feet per year of water supply for in-building use, as described above.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 9.55 4.73 acre-feet per year of potable water supply together with the corresponding sewer service, up to 1.68 acre-feet per year of non-potable water supply for in-building use, as described abovelandscape irrigation.

Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 9.55 1.62 acre-feet per year of potable water supply for in-building use, as described abovetogether with the corresponding sewer service.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer's performance of all the covenants contained herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 9.55 1.04 acre-feet per year of potable water supply together with the corresponding sewer service, up to .33 acre-feet per year non-potable water supply for inlandscape irrigation and a temporary non-building use, potable water supply as described abovestated in paragraph 2.c.
