Common use of Committed Borrowings, Conversions and Continuations of Committed Loans Clause in Contracts

Committed Borrowings, Conversions and Continuations of Committed Loans. (a) Committed Domestic Loans shall be either Domestic Prime Rate Loans or LIBO Rate Loans, as the Lead Borrower or the Parent, on behalf of the Domestic Borrowers, may request subject to and in accordance with this Section 2.02. All Swing Line Loans made to the Domestic Borrowers shall be only Domestic Prime Rate Loans. Committed Canadian Loans shall be either Canadian Prime Rate Loans, LIBO Rate Loans (if in Dollars) or BA Equivalent Loans, as the Canadian Borrower or the Parent, on behalf of the Canadian Borrower, may request subject to and in accordance with this Section 2.02. All Swing Line Loans made to the Canadian Borrower shall be only Canadian Prime Rate Loans. Subject to the other provisions of this Section 2.02, Committed Borrowings of more than one Type may be incurred at the same time.
