Common use of Committee Action or Approval Clause in Contracts

Committee Action or Approval. References in this Agreement to actions and approvals by the Committee shall mean those actions and approvals by the Committee that have been ratified or approved by the Board to the extent that a Board ratification or approval is required by the Company’s certificate of incorporation or by-laws.
