Committee assignment and participation. The College shall continue efforts to equalize committee assignments for all full-time faculty. A range of 2-4 committee assignments is considered reasonable and fair, with the understanding that committee work should not be expected to exceed four (4) hours per week on an average during the school year. Committee assignment refers to all committees on which a faculty member may serve due to their employment at the College.
