Committee Establishment Clause Samples

The Committee Establishment clause defines the creation and composition of a specific committee within an organization or agreement. It typically outlines who will serve on the committee, how members are appointed or removed, and the committee's main responsibilities or authority. For example, it may specify that representatives from each party will form a joint steering committee to oversee project implementation. This clause ensures a clear governance structure, facilitating coordinated decision-making and accountability among stakeholders.
