Committee procedure. 1. The Commission shall be assisted by a committee. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
Committee procedure. Except as otherwise provided herein, each committee established pursuant to this Agreement shall adopt its own rules governing the time, place and method of holding its meetings and the conduct of its proceedings and shall meet as provided by such rules or by resolution adopted by the Member. Unless otherwise provided by any such rules or resolutions, notice of the time and place of each meeting shall be given to each member of such committee as provided herein with respect to notices of special meetings of the Board of Directors. Each committee shall keep regular minutes of its proceedings and report the same to the Board of Directors and to the Member when required.

A majority of the members of a committee shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business and the act of a majority of those present at a meeting at which a quorum is present shall be the act of the committee. The members of a committee present at any meeting, whether or not they constitute a quorum, may appoint a director to act in the place of an absent member. Any action required or permitted to be taken at a meeting of a committee may be taken without a meeting, if an unanimous written consent which sets forth the action is signed by each member of the committee and filed with the minutes of the committee.
Committee procedure. 1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee for Fisheries and Aquaculture established under Article 47 of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
Committee procedure. If the Board fails to designate the chairman of a committee, the President, if a member, shall be chairman. Each committee shall meet at such times as it shall determine, and at any time on call of the chairman. In case of absence or disqualification of a member of a committee at any meeting thereof, the qualified members present, whether or not they constitute a quorum, may unanimously appoint a director to act in place of the absent or disqualified member. The Board has power to change the members of any committee at any time, to fill vacancies, and to discharge any committee at any time.
