COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION. In respect of the Company, the Adviser will rely on an exemption from registration as a commodity trading advisory (“CTA”) under Commodity Futures Trading Commission Rule 4.14(a)(8) and will provide commodity interest trading advice to the Company as if it were exempt from registration as a CTA.
