Common Areas; Roads. Participant(s), household members and/or guests shall not evade speed bumps, drive through or park vehicles in yards or otherwise operate their motor vehicles in an unsafe manner. All-terrain vehicles and “four-wheelers” may not be operated on yards, roads or common areas. Tampering with manhole covers, street lamps and/or security cameras/lights is specifically prohibited.
