COMMON COMMITMENTS AND OBJECTIVES Clause Samples

The 'Common Commitments and Objectives' clause sets out the shared goals and mutual obligations that both parties agree to pursue throughout the duration of their agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the overarching aims of the partnership, such as promoting collaboration, achieving specific project milestones, or adhering to certain standards. By clearly articulating these joint commitments, the clause ensures that both parties have a unified understanding of their responsibilities and the intended outcomes, thereby fostering alignment and reducing the risk of misunderstandings.
