Common use of COMMON DAMAGE Clause in Contracts

COMMON DAMAGE. The Licensee agrees to be jointly responsible for protection of common area property including but not limited to fire extinguishers, hall signage and room plates, elevator equipment, furniture, bulletin boards, and exit sign. Charges for the damages or loss of common area property shall be equally divided among all licensees of the building. This includes common areas within individual apartment units.
