Common use of Common Facilities Services Clause in Contracts

Common Facilities Services. (a) The Westlake Parties hereby grant Owner full and free access to and use of the Common Facilities in accordance with the Westlake Parties’ policies, procedures and requirements and at all times in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as necessary or appropriate for Owner to operate the Ethylene Assets; provided that such access shall not materially and unreasonably interfere with the operations of the Westlake Facilities; and
